What is the Coast 2 Coast Video Contest?

The Coast 2 Coast Video Contest is a contest where you get to create your very own Fusion Video!  During the duration of the summer, while the parks are open, contestants that sign up will be required to submit a video for review.  The accepted videos will then post to the site where viewers will be able to post comments and rate each video.  Once you have signed up you will be given the deadline for the submission of your video.

What's the prize?

The editor of the winning video will become a video editor for Coasterfusion.com!  His/Her videos will be placed on the site throughout the season.

 

Contest Requirements

  • Contestant must be 13 years of age or older.
  • Contestant must complete contest form.
  • Contestant must provide a valid e-mail address.
  • Contestant must provide valid mailing address.
  • Contestant must read terms & conditions.
  • Contestant must agree to terms & conditions.

Video Requirements

  • Video must be a minimum of 3 minutes long.
  • Video cannot exceed 5 minutes long.
  • Video must contain music.
  • Video cannot contain any footage that was not taken by the contestant.
  • Video can contain clips from Coasterfusion videos if needed.
  • Video must contain background sound from original footage.

Contest Terms & Conditions

       The Coast 2 Coast Video Contest is a Coasterfusion sponsored contest.  Therefore, this contest is in no way affiliated with any other roller coaster enthusiast site or theme park.  Coasterfusion reserves the right to deny applying contestants who have not met all or any of the Contest Requirements as stated above.  Coasterfusion also reserves the right to deny any video submissions that have not met all or any of the Video Requirements stated above.  Once videos have been submitted, the contestant hands over all rights affiliated with the submitted video.  The submitted video becomes property of Coasterfusion.com and Coasterfusion Productions.  If contestants cannot submit a video by the deadline for any reason, the contestant forfeits his/her place in the contest.  Any contestants found using any content that they have not aquired themselves will be forced to forfeit their place in the contest.  If contestant chooses to use Coasterfusion material, contestant must specify on submission form prior to creating and submitting a video.  While creating video, contestant must include background sound from original footage to comply with the Music Copyright Laws.  Any contestants found posting videos to youtube that contain Coasterfusion material will be removed to the contest and legal action will take place.  Any contestant found using Coasterfusion material without filling out the proper portion of the submission form, he/she forfeits their place in the contest.  If using Coasterfusion material, contestant cannot deface, warp, or misuse any video footage from any of the Fusion Videos from the 2007 and 2008 season.  Contestant cannot use music that has already been used by Coasterfusion.com.  Coasterfusion reserves the right to deny entries based on all these terms stated above, therefore, contestant must agree to these terms & conditions in order to compete.
